UTS takes collections seriously and our number #1 goal is to return the assessment revenue stream back to the Association as soon as possible. During this process, we keep our clients informed every step of the way by providing detailed reports. We do not take action without the Board’s prior approval and always abide by the communities governing documents.
UTS does not require advanced fees. When the homeowner pays their delinquency, UTS collects our collection costs from the delinquent homeowner through the Non-Judicial Collection Process. We are flexible and reasonable to ensure a settlement with the delinquent homeowner and as a result, our collection rate is 92.7%.
