Every Trustee Sale Officer at United Trustee Services has extensive experience in the Assessment Collection and Non-Judicial Foreclosure industry. Executive Team

Lisa E. Chapman
Principal & Founder

Founder and Principal of United Trustee Services and Management Team with over 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance and Association Assessment Collections.

Lisa has run large sales organizations and helped to launch small startup companies. What makes Lisa successful is her ability to understand the needs of her clients and effectively implement strategies to achieve their goals.

Lisa brings a keen understanding of customer service requirements and a commitment to excellence to the United Trustee Services Team. She instills energy and enthusiasm to make changes that move the organization forward and provides clients with unparallel service. 

Lisa studied Business Administration at California Lutheran College and received her California Real Estate license in 2001. She has lived in the East Bay for over 40 years.

Trustee Officers

UTS Trustee Officers have over 20 years of experience in the Lien and Non-Judicial Foreclosure process. Our Trustee Officers provide the knowledge and expertise needed to maintain compliance of California Civil Code and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) throughout the collection process.

Management Team

The UTS Management Team has over 18 years of experience in Homeowner Association Collections, Property Management, Finance and Operations. They provide strong operational and managerial experience with an eye for detail, and compliance with all phases of the collection and non-judicial foreclosure process. They are committed to excellence and understanding the needs of clients and effectively implements strategies to achieve their goals

Accounting Team

The UTS Accounting Team has combined 16 years of experience in Accounting, implementing state-of-the-art policies in payment processing, account reconciliations and account payoff.

Customer service team

At UTS our Customer Service Team has 30+ years working in customer service in all faucets.  Providing best-in-class customer service standards. Customer Service representatives assist in resolving daily escalated issues in a timely professional manner.

LEGAL TEAM

The attorneys we work with have represented residential community associations for more than twenty years. They are well-versed in the various statutes and related case laws that govern Community Associations, such as the Davis-Stirling Act and the Corporations Code. They counsel our community association clients regarding all aspects of operation and management including fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors, collection matters, enforcement issues, voting, drafting and amending governing documents, and all manner of dispute resolution and litigation as the need arises.
