AFTER ALL OTHER OPTIONS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED

The Association may file a lawsuit against the homeowner that warrants Civil Actions in Superior Court. Note: Collections lawsuit may be commenced at any time during the Non-Judicial Foreclosure process and when foreclosure is not a viable option.

In the matter of a delinquent homeowner owing $10,000 or more, and after the subject property has been foreclosed, UTS recommends that the Association consider Unlimited Civil Action.

Prior to the legal action, UTS will provide the Association a Collectability Rating Report and Recommendations regarding debt recovery options.

For achieving the best results, UTS partners with attorneys to represent our client’s best interest with Collection, Bankruptcy and Unlimited Civil matters.

In due process, UTS serves as a conduit between the law firm and the Association, collaborating and supplying monthly status reports of the important stages of the Judicial Process and all the necessary documents to facilitate and achieve the best results.
