UTS has a full range of collection services and recovery tools for you and your Association. Our Collectability Rating Report will provide the Non-Judicial collection accounts a rating of (1-10) for the best way to recover the debt.

Our experienced Trustee Officers will evaluate the risk factors and give the Board decision points for each account in order to make a solid financial decision.

In addition, UTS offers this program for our Associations bad debt accounts, that have been written off. These searches include, Nexus Lexus, Asset Searches and Addresses Updates at No Cost to the Association.

Note: Accounts excluded from this program are Bankruptcy, HOA Foreclosure and over 4 Year Statute of Limitations
