UTS monitors Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases with updates throughout the process for Board response or legal action to ensure that the Bankruptcy is terminated. Our services include Proof of Claim Preparation and Filing, Non-Payment Notification of Post-Petition debt and recommendations for a new Lien.

Unlimited Civil Court

Superior Court Services include, but is not limited to, the following: Case Research using LexisNexis, Court Representation, Filing, Recording, Writ of Execution, Wage Garnishments, Bank Levy’s, Lis Pendens, Motions and Appeals and Enforcement of Post Judgment Collections. Unlimited Civil Action requires a retainer and separate agreement.
